毎日新聞の静岡版の記事です。

議員の歳費は生活費であり、政治活動は政務調査費で賄うことを原則とすれば、不明朗さがなくなることと思います。
その場合、政務調査費の使途は明朗でなければなりません。
代表者会議は、普通非公式のものであり、その分本音で話し合える利点はありますが、少人数の会派が出席できないことが多いです。

政調費収支報告書、領収書を含め公開申し入れ－－松谷県議が議長に　／静岡

　松谷清県議（無所属）は２８日、県議会各会派の政務調査費の領収書を含めた収支報告書の公開を奥之山隆県議会議長に申し入れた。議長は「会派の代表者会議を開き検討したい」と応えた。

　政務調査費の領収書は５年の保管義務があるが、公開は義務付けられていない。【吉崎孝一】
